Monogram Etiquette - how to make a monogram!

A question I often receive is how to you place the letters in a monogram.  Letters in a monogram can be placed in a few different ways and still be correct.  Ultimately I'll work with you to create a styled monogram that is as unique as you!  In the mean time here's a little cheat cheat for how a monogram is traditionally placed.
